 | User tips All About Plans You've purchased a great training or nutrition plan, now what? Here are some tips to help you get started and get the most from your plans! Applying a plan Getting started with your new plan is only a few clicks away, literally. Once you've purchased the plan, all you need to do is go to the Plans section of your account, choose the correct plan, then set a start (or end date). Check out our Plans Guide for more detailed instructions. Moving or re-applying a plan Maybe something happened and your target race changes. Maybe you used the perfect meal plan to get you through Ironman training and you want to use it again as you train for your next race. Training and Meal Plans are designed to be as flexible as you need them to be. Athlete Spotlight | Tammy sadle As you can probably imagine, the TrainingPeaks office is always buzzing about training and racing. It seems like there isn't a week that goes by that someone doesn't have a race on the calendar. This summer, one of our Peaksware team members is putting a twist on her racing. Customer Support Manager, Tammy Sadle, is riding in the Leadville 100 mountain bike race in August with a team called First Descents. First Descents is "Committed to curing young adults of the emotional effects of cancer and empowering them to regain control of their lives by experiencing outdoor adventure therapy through kayaking, rock climbing and other outdoor adventure sports." While she's preparing to ride in the Leadville 100, Tammy is also raising money for First Descents to help the organization provide its unique programs. You can read more about the visit (and learn more about the lab) in our blog post about the trip. Mike is a Level III USA Triathlon Certified Coach and has been coaching endurance athletes since 1989, including multi-sport athletes, swimmers, and runners of all abilities from all over the world.
